Dinner party



I just made this dip for snacking on at a dinner thing tad and I are having with friends tonight.  I was chomping away at the capsicum and mangos while I was making it, and now it's getting hard for me to save it for later.  Tonight I am making Hungarian spiced goulash with potato noodles and tad's making his delicious chocolate mousse.  Cannot wait!

The dip is 2 diced red capsicum, 2 diced mangos and three diced avocados with coriander and freshly ground salt and pepper.  Mix well, and that's it!
